Energy efficiency starts with efficient processes! As Lead IT Process Automation, you will take responsibility for the automation of business processes. You will develop strategic automation initiatives, define governance structures, and implement cutting-edge technologies to sustainably optimize our processes. Your expertise helps us work smarter, more agile, and more competitively to effectively drive the energy transition.

• Develop and implement innovative, strategic automation solutions to make our business processes future-ready on an international level 

• Establish clear responsibilities and standards for automation to ensure efficiency and scalability 

• Continuously analyze existingbusiness processes, identify optimization potential, and automate them using Workato and, in the future, other low-code/no-code platforms 

• Actively advise departments on the implementation of automation solutions and train them in the efficient use of automation tools 

• Build and lead an international team to successfully carry out initial automation projects 

• In-depth experience in IT process automation and low-code platforms, deep understanding of business process management, experience in project management, as well as in international collaboration and team building 

• Strong analytical skills for process analysis and optimization, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and intercultural competence 

• Solid knowledge of Workato, BPMN tools (e.g. Signavio, Camunda), and integration and automation platforms (e.g. Power Automate, UiPath) 

• Fluent language skills in English (C1). (German skills an advantage)
