You will develop strategic automation initiatives, define governance structures, and implement cutting-edge technologies to sustainably optimize our processes. Your expertise helps us work smarter, more agile, and more competitively to effectively drive the energy transition.

• Develop and implement innovative, strategic automation solutions to make our business processes future-ready on an international level
• Establish clear responsibilities and standards for automation to ensure efficiency and scalability
• Continuously analyze existing business processes, identify optimization potential, and automate them using Workato and, in the future, other low-code/no-code platforms
• Actively advise departments on the implementation of automation solutions and train them in the efficient use of automation tools
• Build and lead an international team to successfully carry out initial automation projects

• In-depth experience in IT process automation and low-code platforms, deep understanding of business process management, experience in project management, as well as ininternational collaboration and team building
• Strong analytical skills for process analysis and optimization, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and intercultural competence
• Solid knowledge of Workato, BPMN tools (e.g. Signavio, Camunda), and integration and automation platforms (e.g. Power Automate, UiPath)
• Fluent language skills in English (C1).
