Your new role

  • Support the Salesforce Product Owner in validating and implementing marketing requirements 

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented processes in our Account Engagement Cloud and ensure they are continuously optimized to maximize efficiency 

  • Create solution designs and implement technical solutions, including data quality assurance 

  • Perform system adjustments and configurations, including reports, dashboards, and workflows 

  • Provide technical support and training to colleagues to ensure optimal use of the Account Engagement Cloud 

  • Coordinate collaboration with internal and external partners to further develop the platform and integrate new features 

What you bring

  • Experience in Salesforce administration and solid knowledge in maintaining the Sales, Service & Experience Cloud, along with a Salesforce Administrator certification 

  • Strong analytical thinking, high self-initiative, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve complex problems and develop effective solutions 

  • Confident handling of Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, Einstein Analytics, iPaaS solutions, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), and MS Office 

  • Very good English skills (B2) (German skills an advantage)
